About The Position

We're searching for a hands-on, energetic, and creative Director of Resident Experience to lead our activity and engagement programs at our close-knit Memory Care community in Bonita Springs, FL! If you're someone who lights up a room, loves planning meaningful experiences, and enjoys working side-by-side with residents and team members, this is the perfect opportunity for you! What You'll Do As the Director of Resident Experience , you'll design and deliver engaging daily programs that bring purpose, joy, and connection to our residents' lives.
Requirements
- A heart for seniors and a genuine passion for memory care
- Creativity, flexibility, and enthusiasm for hands-on leadership
- 3+ years of senior living or activities experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- A high school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Create monthly calendars full of fun, meaningful, and memory-focused activities
- Lead events that stimulate the mind, body, and spirit - from crafts and music to themed parties and community outings
- Get to know each resident personally - tailoring activities around their stories, hobbies, and preferences
- Coordinate entertainment, family events, and quarterly community celebrations
- Partner with other department leaders to make every day special for our residents
