About The Position

Aegis Therapies is seeking a Full-Time Activities Director to work on the Good Shepherd Community's Sauk Rapids Campus. The Activities Director will assist in the implementation of the EnerG wellness programs, taking traditional recreational activities to a new level.

Requirements

• Recreational Therapist/Life Enrichment OR COTA
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Nice To Haves

• Specialty certification as personal trainer, exercise specialist, fitness instructor, health and fitness specialist or similar area, preferred
• Background in exercise and activity training with senior populations, preferred

Responsibilities

• Schedule the monthly calendar: 5-7 exercises or activities per day.
• Group exercise/activities.
• Wellness and traditional activity/recreational programming /Assessments responsibilities
• Work closely with the Director of Rehabilitation
• Lead a Dynamic team on a large campus
