Odd Fellows ALF (Assisted Living Facility) is looking for an experienced Activities Coordinator for a full-time position. In this role, you will provide care services to our ALF (Assisted Living Facility) residents while helping create a home-like environment. The right candidate will be compassionate and caring, a good team member, able to work without supervision, and maintain the quality of activities. Pre-employment drug screening and background checks are conducted prior to starting, with fingerprinting to be completed within 120 days. Agreement to abide by all standards, policies, and procedures of the facility, including the facility’s compliance and ethics program, is a condition of employment. Compliance will be a factor in evaluating job performance, and violations will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination. This job description outlines the general scope of major duties and responsibilities, with other tasks potentially assigned by the Administrator. Periodic revisions may occur to reflect changes in long-term care expectations. Individual performance will be evaluated using a scale of Unsatisfactory, Needs Improvement, Meets Standards, and Exceeds Standards.
