About The Position

With a pay range of $16.50 to $18.00 per hour, you get to enjoy a fulfilling job that pays you to have fun! Your day to day as a Activities Assistant As a Full Time Activities Assistant at Broadview Assisted Living in Winchendon, MA, you will dive into a lively role that revolves around creating joyful experiences for our residents. Your days will be filled with engaging activities such as playing card games like Skipbo and Rummy, calling Bingo, and facilitating fun entertainment events that spark happiness. You'll take residents on delightful errand trips, enjoy local lunches, and embark on exciting mystery rides. Additionally, you'll help socialize by painting nails, offering snacks, and serving meals, all while assisting with seated exercise classes, walks, and arts and crafts projects. Your contribution will not just be about activities; it will be about fostering connections and enriching the lives of those in our community who require dementia care. Requirements
- Good bingo voice!
- Ability to drive a 14 passenger van
- Ability to facilitate activities
- Work well with seniors and people with dementia symptoms
