Your responsibilities will include: Leading engaging individual and group activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities Providing personalized in-room activities such as music, reading, and creative projects for bed-bound residents Assisting with the development of our monthly activity calendar Maintaining safe, clean, and welcoming activity spaces Communicating important updates to supervisors and caregivers to ensure each resident feels supported and seen What We’re Looking For Experience in a skilled nursing facility is a strong plus Prior experience as an activity aide or activity director is highly preferred CPR certification is a bonus A positive attitude, creativity, and a genuine desire to brighten residents’ days If you’re ready to bring compassion, energy, and creativity to a team that truly values its people, we can’t wait to meet you.
