Shift Availability for Activities Assistant: Regular Modified Full-Time 72 hours every two weeks Weekdays 11am-7:30pm Every other weekend 9am-5:30pm Every other holiday 9am-4pm
Requirements
- Desire to work with the senior population
- Strong interpersonal skills with awareness for dignity, respect, compassion and safety
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with Dementia preferred.
- Dementia care experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Implementation of recreational program.
- Monitor resident needs, preferences, and attendance in activities.
- Assist in preparing activity rooms/areas for scheduled activity programs.
