Assists in the creation, planning and implementation of the Connections program - the daily activities for our residents. Requirements

High School Diploma
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid state driver's license (Required)
Knowledge of the physiology and psychology of the older adult.

Nice To Haves

A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Therapeutic Recreation, Psychology, Gerontology, or other related field (Preferred)
Previous experience in healthcare or service related setting (Preferred)
Certification in CPR and First Aid

Responsibilities

Entering resident information in multiple systems
Attending care plan meetings with families and residents
Collecting resident profiles
Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating of the Connections activity program for the community.
