The Activities Aide plays a key role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by assisting in the planning and implementation of engaging recreational, social, and therapeutic activities. Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing daily activity programs
• Encourage and assist residents in participating in activities
• Provide one-on-one engagement for residents who are unable to attend group activities
• Help set up and clean up activity areas
• Support special events, holiday celebrations, and community outings
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for all residents
