If you love bringing smiles to faces and creating meaningful experiences, Chandler Post Acute might be the perfect place for you! We are a skilled nursing facility looking for a Full-Time Activity Assistant to join our team! You’ll help lead engaging and safe group activities. Schedule: 9am - 5pm with Rotating weekends
Requirements
- A fun and energetic personality!
- Creative thinker who loves to brainstorm new activities!
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Driver License
- Social Security Card
- Level 1 Fingerprint Card
- TB Test (Can be done at facility)
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and organizing the monthly activity calendar
- Lead fun and engaging group activities for residents!
- Document participation of residents
- Assessment of new residents
- Contribute creative new ideas to keep residents active, engaged, and uplifted
- Support a positive, inclusive environment through meaningful interaction
