Responsibilities

  • Provide daily care, guidance, and emotional support to memory care residents in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
  • Follow and implement the monthly activities calendar , adapting programs as needed to meet resident needs
  • Deliver life‑enrichment experiences for residents with varying physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
  • Facilitate a wide range of engaging activities , including games, live performers, themed celebrations, crafts, discussion groups, and more
  • Work with residents in individual and group settings to encourage participation, connection, and socialization
  • Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life through compassionate, person‑centered interactions
  • Collaborate with the care team to support residents’ individual interests, abilities, and care plans
