Requirements

Part Time Hours- with the possibility of a Full Time schedule
Schedule: 9a-5:30p
Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)

Responsibilities

Provide daily care, guidance, and emotional support to memory care residents in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
Follow and implement the monthly activities calendar, adapting programs as needed to meet resident needs
Deliver life‑enrichment experiences for residents with varying physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
Facilitate a wide range of engaging activities, including games, live performers, themed celebrations, crafts, discussion groups, and more
Work with residents in individual and group settings to encourage participation, connection, and socialization
Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life through compassionate, person-centered interactions
Collaborate with the care team to support residents’ individual interests, abilities, and care plans
