As an Activations Supervisor, youll be at the heart of our operationsguiding a high-energy team, driving sales success, and creating standout customer experiences. What Youll Do Lead, coach, and energize a team of activation agents to hit (and exceed!) performance goals Keep the team aligned and informed through engaging team meetings and updates Train new hires and support ongoing development to help everyone grow and succeed Partner with leadership to roll out exciting promotions, strategies, and improvements Drive daily sales and lead generation with a results-focused mindset Step in to resolve escalated customer concerns with confidence and care Track performance through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting Spot opportunities to improve processes and boost team performance Take on new challenges and responsibilities as neededno two days are the same! What You Bring Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED required (college coursework is a plus!) 2+ years in a call center or administrative environment Leadership experience?
