About The Position

The In-House Sales Manager will manage sales line to maximize operating budget targets. In-House Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining HGV minimum performance standards. Attends and conducts site meetings as directed. Conducts sales presentations as prospect flow dictates. May conduct refresher training for sales representatives falling below minimum standards. Specific managerial duties as assigned varies from sales site. Presents prices, financing, and incentives to prospective sales guests. Makes the decision when to close negotiations to complete a sale to a guest. In addition to the other job duties of the In-House Sales Specialist Supervisors, we want to include the following:
