About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY: Provides ACT case management services, individual, group, and specialty group therapy to consumers with severe mental illness and their families. Prepares comprehensive Biopsychosocial assessment, treatment plans and periodic reviews. Completes brief assessment, crisis intervention and pre-screens as needed. Provides transportation to consumers as deemed appropriate. Provides video or audio assessments after hours on a rotated schedule between all team members. EDUCATION: Master’s Degree in an appropriate mental health discipline. EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE: Two or more years’ experience providing treatment to individuals with a mental illness. Excellent computer and interpersonal skills, punctuality, ability to organize and manage several projects/tasks simultaneously and work independently. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS: Licensed by the Michigan Department of Commerce or Professional Regulation as a LLMSW, LMSW, TLLP, LLP, LLPC or LPC and must become fully licensed with-in 30 months of date of hire. Must have reliable means of transportation for home visits and maintain safe driving permit. Requirements
