The Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team provides intensive treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to individuals living with serious mental illness and/or serious behavioral health condition(s) and whose needs have not be effectively met by traditional behavioral health services. The ACT Team Program Assistant provides clerical and office support to the ACT Team, to assist in providing high quality, patient-centered care to the consumers being served. HMHC is a Kansas, not-for-profit organization, committed to providing comprehensive mental health services to individuals in Kingman, Pratt, Reno, Harper, and Barber Counties.
