About The Position

We are looking for a confident self-starter who works well independently. Must have great attention to detail, be proficient with Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills and focused on deadline achievement. Previous call center and or office experience is preferred. Bilingual English / Spanish is desired but not required.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to type 45+ WPM
  • Identify priorities and manage multiple high-priority tasks through completion
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Meet established deadlines while maintaining high quality work
  • Able to sit at desk for prolonged periods at a time

Nice To Haves

  • Previous call center and or office experience preferred
  • Bilingual English / Spanish is desired but not required
  • Financial Services and/or Auto Industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outgoing calls to introduce the company to the customer
  • Contact customers to gather information and update records
  • Perform compliance audits completing corrections as needed
  • Maintain electronic records and files backing up completed work
  • Build and create Excel spreadsheets
