Requirements

  • Closers. Not talkers.
  • Strong phone presence and persuasion skills
  • Thick skin — you don’t fold after rejection
  • Competitive mindset and high personal standards
  • Coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume sales floor
  • Able to work 100% in-office (non-negotiable)

  • Real estate acquisitions/wholesaling
  • Cold calling, call center, or high-ticket sales
  • Negotiation, closing, or commission-based roles
  • CRM experience (Podio, dialers, follow-up systems)

Responsibilities

  • Call property owners relentlessly (warm & cold leads)
  • Take control of conversations and uncover real motivation
  • Analyze deals and present strong cash offers
  • Negotiate aggressively but ethically
  • Get contracts signed and push deals to closing
  • Follow up until the seller says yes or no
  • Track everything accurately in CRM
  • Hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs — no excuses
