Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; Finance, Real Estate or Accounting concentration preferred.
1-2 years of experience in Real Estate, Private Equity or Investment Banking preferred.
Candidates should be entrepreneurial with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a variety of teams.
Exceptional proficiency with Excel; very strong attention to detail, proven accuracy of financial modeling, and comprehension of complex analyses.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
High level of initiative and accountability.
Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Conducting detailed analyses to evaluate investment opportunities and providing investment recommendations.
Preparing and presenting investment memoranda to Investment Committee and investors.
Coordinating with asset management and construction management teams to ensure successful execution of investment strategies.
Maintaining and updating excel-based models (DCF, IRR, sensitivity analyses, and scenario modeling).
Working with senior team members to negotiate letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, and other legal documents with third parties.
Building and nurturing third-party relationships with brokers, owners, management companies, vendors, consultants, etc.
Analyzing the overall market and monitoring industry trends.
Aiding in all transaction management efforts.
