Primary experience with DoD acquisitions process to include RFP and SOW generation, contract types, incentive structures, contract milestones and approvals, and source selections. Primary experience operating, planning, and executing complex propulsion engineering activities within the DoD acquisitions lifecycle. Willingness to perform novel acquisition pathways and processes. Provide internal ‘red teaming' to refine planning and execution success. Serve as technical advisor to military and civilian leadership on best practices and historical lessons learned from previous source selections and aircraft and propulsion acquisition programs. Experience with Science & Technology demonstration, research & development programs and accessing TRL and applicability to programs of record.
