Requirements

  • Experience supporting DoD or Air Force acquisition program activities
  • Knowledge of FAR, DoD 5000 series, and Air Force acquisition processes
  • Experience with contract documentation, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Familiarity with configuration management and source selection processes
  • Ability to work in classified and operational environments
  • Associates + 15 years RE; or Bachelors + 10 years RE; or Masters + 7 years RE
  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required. SCI eligibility may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Support acquisition program planning, execution, and risk management activities
  • Develop and manage program plans, schedules, and courses of action to streamline operations
  • Maintain and manage contract documentation including modifications, CLINs, funding profiles, and schedules
  • Track contractor performance, production status, deliverables, and contractual correspondence
  • Support development of acquisition documentation including RFPs, SOWs, SOOs, SRDs, and CDRLs
  • Assist with source selection support, proposal evaluations, RFIs, and acquisition risk assessments
  • Support configuration management activities including baseline identification, control, and audits
  • Perform cost, budget, and financial analyses including obligations, expenditures, and forecasting
  • Develop funding status reports, automated tracking models, and control techniques
  • Prepare briefings, reports, and decision support materials for Government leadership
