Requirements
- Experience supporting DoD or Air Force acquisition program activities
- Knowledge of FAR, DoD 5000 series, and Air Force acquisition processes
- Experience with contract documentation, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Familiarity with configuration management and source selection processes
- Ability to work in classified and operational environments
- Associates + 15 years RE; or Bachelors + 10 years RE; or Masters + 7 years RE
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required. SCI eligibility may be required.
Responsibilities
- Support acquisition program planning, execution, and risk management activities
- Develop and manage program plans, schedules, and courses of action to streamline operations
- Maintain and manage contract documentation including modifications, CLINs, funding profiles, and schedules
- Track contractor performance, production status, deliverables, and contractual correspondence
- Support development of acquisition documentation including RFPs, SOWs, SOOs, SRDs, and CDRLs
- Assist with source selection support, proposal evaluations, RFIs, and acquisition risk assessments
- Support configuration management activities including baseline identification, control, and audits
- Perform cost, budget, and financial analyses including obligations, expenditures, and forecasting
- Develop funding status reports, automated tracking models, and control techniques
- Prepare briefings, reports, and decision support materials for Government leadership
