About The Position

Abacus Technology is seeking an Acquisition Program Manager to provide acquisition and advisory services in support of the Command, Control, Communication, Intelligence and Networks (C3I&N) Directorate at Hanscom AFB. This is a full-time position.

Requirements

• 15+ years experience including at least 10 years in acquisition program management for DoD programs.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Able to apply knowledge of and expertise with acquisition management, program management, budget/finance principles and methodologies, modernization planning, and the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Executing (PPBE) process.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must be a US citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance.
• Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyze, plan, evaluate, draft and/or recommend solutions for project/program efforts.
• Provide expert level issue resolution and recommendation support to achieve desired program outcomes.
• Apply broad knowledge of organizational missions and programs, such as acquisition management and modernization planning.
• Review initial and revised acquisition documents and provide the enterprise level perspective to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Provide comments on acquisition documentation that add value from an enterprise perspective and facilitate an integrated, system-of-systems approach across the division.
