About The Position

Storable Marketplace connects consumers with self-storage facilities through SpareFoot, SelfStorage.com, and Storage.com. As the largest online marketplace in the storage industry, we play a critical role in driving qualified leads, reservations, and growth for our operator partners. Our vision is to transform how consumers find storage while accelerating growth across our marketplace. We are seeking an Acquisition Marketing Manager with deep expertise in performance-based marketing to own and execute customer acquisition strategies across Paid Media and Affiliate channels. This role will be central to delivering against Storable Marketplace’s growth strategy, ensuring that we efficiently scale acquisition while maximizing return on marketing investment. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor, channel expertise, and a growth mindset. You will manage significant budgets across Paid Social, Display/Programmatic, and Affiliate programs, optimizing campaigns for efficiency and scalability. Success in this role means hitting aggressive acquisition and revenue targets while unlocking new growth opportunities through testing, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance-based digital marketing, preferably in marketplaces, e-commerce, or B2C acquisition roles.
  • Proven track record managing significant budgets and driving measurable ROI across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Affiliate channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Excel).
  • Experience with attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and ROAS-driven budget allocation.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Growth mindset with a bias for action, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Own acquisition strategy across Paid Social, Display/Programmatic and Affiliate channels to deliver Marketplace growth and revenue targets.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Display Network, Meta, Programmatic networks (the Trade Desk), and affiliate platforms with a focus on efficiency (ROAS, CPA) and scale.
  • Develop, monitor, and report performance dashboards to track spend, efficiency, and revenue contribution; provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Test and iterate creative, copy, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve acquisition funnel performance.
  • Manage affiliate program growth, including publisher recruitment, relationship management, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Analytics, Finance, and Sales) to align marketing investment with Marketplace supply/demand dynamics.
  • Forecast and budget channel performance, aligning spend allocation to revenue contribution and YoY growth goals.
  • Identify and unlock new acquisition opportunities, including emerging channels, ad types, and partnerships.
