Havenpark Communities was founded on the mission of creating caring communities for both our residents and employees. Havenpark has a portfolio of 80+ communities and more than 25,000 homesites across the U.S. We are experiencing intentional, rapid growth by continuously acquiring communities. At Havenpark Communities, our mission is to make caring communities attainable for responsible residents across America. We acquire, improve, and operate manufactured home communities. You may be asking yourself - what makes us different? It is our culture. Our unique culture is fun, rewarding, and inclusive of all. Our five core values guide our everyday behavior: Respect, Grit, Collaboration, Stewardship, and Boldness. This is your chance to dive headfirst into the high-stakes world of real estate investment. Weâre looking for a sharp, driven student to join our team and get hands-on experience across the entire deal life cycleâfrom the first spark of an acquisition opportunity to the final handshake at disposition. You wonât be observing from the sidelines; youâll be in the arena, contributing to real deals that shape communities. What Youâll Actually Do (Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It): Master the Deal: Youâll underwrite individual properties and entire portfolios, building and tweaking the financial models that determine whether we win or walk away from new acquisitions and refinancing deals. Be the Storyteller: Transform raw data into compelling narratives. Youâll analyze portfolio performance and create detailed reports and investor presentations that clearly communicate the story behind the numbers to lenders and partners. Drive the Process Forward: Be a key player in our deal flow. Youâll coordinate the frantic, fast-paced delivery of due diligence materials to prospective buyers and help keep both acquisitions and dispositions moving at full speed. Become a Due Diligence Detective: Get your hands dirty by conducting deep-dive property-level analyses of financials, market trends, and operational realities to uncover risks and opportunities others might miss. Create Content That Counts: Go beyond spreadsheets and generate engaging content for investor updates and newsletters, helping us keep our partners informed and excited. Who Weâre Looking For: An incoming Junior or Senior currently pursuing a bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Math, or a related field. Someone who speaks Excel and isnât afraid of a complex financial model (prior experience with financial modeling is a must). A natural communicator who can articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both in writing and in person. A master of the Microsoft Office suite. Bonus points if you have prior experience in real estate, investment banking, or private equity, but itâs not a deal-breaker. Your drive and aptitude are what matter most.
