Position Summary: The Achieva at Work Program Manager builds and manages partnerships between the Credit Union and local business members with the goal of bringing financial projects and services directly to employees. The role works directly with Commercial Relationship Managers (CRM) and Branch Development Managers (BDM) to build business relationships and to offer financial services/ financial wellness programs. This position blends business development, relationship management, and financial education. This position executes the @Work Program, builds relationships within the Credit Union to support growth of the Credit Union business members. The Achieva at Work Program Manager will have specific growth measures for deposits, loans, and new memberships.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or marketing, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. 3-5 years’ business development or branch manager experience required; experience in a financial institution a plus.
  • Certifications Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and pass a background check.
  • Skills and Attributes Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Excellent presentation and relationship building skills. Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams). Ability to multi-task and manage time in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail skills. Ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships across all levels. High level of customer service skills. Ability to travel within the Achieva footprint and at time may require overnight travel.

Responsibilities

  • Employer Partnerships Identify and cultivate relationships with companies to offer on-site or virtual services as a part of employee benefits. Represent the Credit Union at community and employer events. Build relationships with business owners and prospects for Credit Union membership.
  • Program Implementation Design and execute financial wellness programs, on site visit presentations, and virtual education sessions. Prepare and deliver presentations through PowerPoint for meetings, training and events as needed. Track and analyze program performance to drive growth and improve engagement. Engage with Market Presidents for training in branches for business member referrals.
  • Employee Engagement & Collaboration Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, lending, operations) to ensure effective program delivery. Work directly with CRMs and BDMs to plan and execute joint outside calling schedule and presentation schedule for business members. Partner with CRMs and BDMs to collaborate planning of business and community events.
  • Metric Development and Reporting Track and report on Partnership and Outreach Metrics including Number of Employee Partnerships established and maintained, Employer Penetration Rate, Employer Retention Rate (percentage of companies continuing the program year over year), Workshop attendance and participation, Employee Satisfaction Scores. Provide reporting on Revenue and ROI Metrics including Deposit Growth attributed to @Work Program, Loan Volume generated through employer relationships, Fee Income growth tied to new memberships. Monitor referrals from branches and business banking.
  • Organizational Engagement Represent the credit union with professionalism and courtesy in all interactions. Uphold the highest ethical standards in all interactions and responsibilities. Represent and uphold the Achieva Brand Frame. Champion initiatives that position the credit union as a top employer through leadership, integrity, and service excellence. Participate in annual training or as required by BSA and the Privacy Act. Perform other essential functions as needed or assigned. Travel will be required within the Achieva footprint to meet with business owners, employers, or prospects and to attend meetings, events, or training. Occasional overnight travel may be needed. Be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays based on workload, projects, or member/ business demands.
