PathPoint is seeking a full-time Assistant Program Coordinator to help lead our Integrated Work (IWK) day program in Thousand Oaks, CA 91360. IWK aims to teach vocational, and social skills to adults with developmental disabilities through a mix of work/volunteer sites, in-person classes, and virtual meetings. As the Assistant Program Coordinator, you will ensure the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our services. Please include a cover letter when applying. We want to hear your voice and why you are interested in this opportunity. Schedule: 40 hours per week, Mon- Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm. Starting Pay: $23.25 per hour. The pay range for this position is $22.09- $24.41 an hour (subject to change based on a variety of factors). Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or a related field, or equivalent experience or Associates-level degree and at least three years of experience in the developmental disability service delivery system.
  • Must have a valid California driver's license with at least 5 years driving history, a satisfactory driving record, and be eligible for coverage on PathPoint's auto insurance policy.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist coordinator with the day-to-day operations of the program, both traditional and remote services to maintain high quality and consistency in line with policies, procedures, and Service Designs.
  • Support Direct Support Professionals, serving as a resource for staff addressing concerns about individuals served, and assist in developing proactive, creative supports.
  • Assist with handling work schedules provide coverage during staff absences, and provide direct care and step in when coordinator is absent to supervise program.
  • Standardize procedures to improve efficiency, assign tasks, and ensure all work aligns with policies and standards.
