You’re a player/coach, as excited to generate your own exceptional work as you are in mentoring the team to create and produce successful, high-impact creative. You partner with Creative Directors and Producers to inform creative strategies that will lead to great work. You’re comfortable running the show as a team leader in the strategic, conceptual, and developmental phases of digital, print, video, and multi-media creative on projects You’re the first person the CD turns to in a brainstorm or to lead copy for critical projects and new business pitches. When it comes to social media you are fluent and prolific--organic and paid, concept and execution. You take responsibility for every piece of creative that your team touches, no matter how minor, to ensure that it exceeds expectations. You can juggle multiple projects at once while maintaining the highest creative standards. You’re current with, and ahead of, current cultural, creative, and industry trends. You’re an energetic, organized, passionate presenter who can “read a room.” You’re effective and comfortable serving as a liaison between the client and creative team, communicating the vision of the creative work, presenting creative strategies and concepts, and structuring selling arguments. You’re the “go-to” client partner who understands the client's business, brand, products, customers, and competitors.
