The Account Manager, USA Agencies supports travel agencies that are small to medium size. Reporting to the General Manager, this role focuses on relationship management, strategic sales growth, and advisor engagement within the luxury travel sector.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management or travel industry operations, or related work experience
  • Familiarity with luxury travel services and agency models
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered

Responsibilities

  • Monitor agency performance and provide insights to General Manager for strategic planning.
  • Supports Account Directors when needed.
  • Provide support when needed to a portfolio of small- medium sized agencies within the luxury travel sector.
  • Provide access to resources and tools for operational support including reporting, data analysis, and resource coordination.
  • Train agency advisors on Virtuoso products and services.
  • Access "Subject Matter Experts" to enhance agency knowledge.
  • Maintain strong relationships with agency owners, managers.
  • Drive communication and alignment for override achievement.
  • Manage communication between agencies and internal departments to resolve issues and optimize performance.
  • Coordinate training and engagement initiatives.
  • Represent the brand and uphold luxury service standards in all agency interactions.
