About The Position

The Accreditation Assistant will provide ongoing support for the Accreditation & Licensing Department, thus responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, and assisting with a variety of duties and responsibilities. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, data input, document creation, results tracking, assistance with maintaining all accreditation and licensing/approval agency standards, review and approval of policies, procedures, and marketing materials.

  • 1 or more years of related work experience in the post-secondary education field

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a resource to the Director of Governance
  • Schedule meetings and teleconferences
  • Assist with licensing and accreditation reports due date tracking
  • Maintain approval/licensing letters of approval and expirations
  • Assist with preparation, organization, and proofing attachments, exhibits, and other documents as needed for any of the institutional accrediting, licensing, or approval agencies reports, audits, and responses for action
  • Maintain copies of all communications with governing bodies, site visit reports and response reports
  • Assist with development/changes/maintenance/revisions of policies and procedures
  • Provide information to supervisors and co-workers in written form, email, or in person.
  • Track and maintain end of course questionnaire satisfaction survey data for the institution
  • Assist with student file audits, prepare and distribute reports to upper management on outcomes
  • Travel to provide support for accrediting, licensing, and approval agencies site visits to all ARI campuses as needed
  • Performs additional work tasks as needed by leadership to meet company goals and objectives
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
