About The Position

The Accreditation Assistant will provide ongoing support for the Accreditation & Licensing Department, thus responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, and assisting with a variety of duties and responsibilities. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, data input, document creation, results tracking, assistance with maintaining all accreditation and licensing/approval agency standards, review and approval of policies, procedures, and marketing materials. Core Responsibilities: The core responsibilities (essential functions) of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: Serve as a resource to the Director of Governance Schedule meetings and teleconferences Assist with licensing and accreditation reports due date tracking Maintain approval/licensing letters of approval and expirations Assist with preparation, organization, and proofing attachments, exhibits, and other documents as needed for any of the institutional accrediting, licensing, or approval agencies reports, audits, and responses for action Maintain copies of all communications with governing bodies, site visit reports and response reports Assist with development/changes/maintenance/revisions of policies and procedures Provide information to supervisors and co-workers in written form, email, or in person. Track and maintain end of course questionnaire satisfaction survey data for the institution Assist with student file audits, prepare and distribute reports to upper management on outcomes Travel to provide support for accrediting, licensing, and approval agencies site visits to all ARI campuses as needed Performs additional work tasks as needed by leadership to meet company goals and objectives Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
