The Accounts Receivable Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of Accounts Receivable for the Reside companies, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and cash receipts. This position is integral to maintaining financial accuracy and supporting the month-end close process across multiple subsidiaries.

Oversee all aspects of Accounts Receivable processing for the Reside Companies.
Review daily posting of invoices and cash receipts.
Verify accuracy of invoices processed.
Review corporate applications for trade credit and perform annual reviews.
Support month-end close process and reconciliation of AR across multiple subsidiaries.
Become a subject matter expert and assist with conversion of AR functions to NetSuite.
Maintain documentation of all processes associated with AR function.
Interface with collections partner and external counsel for aged receivables.
Manage shared AR inbox and ensure all inquiries have been answered.
Perform other duties as assigned.

High School diploma/GED, or equivalent experience.
Associate degree in accounting/business or equivalent experience.
Advanced computer skills in MS Windows, Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Experience with NetSuite preferred.
Experience with Accounts Receivable and general bookkeeping/accounting background preferred.
Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Experience with NetSuite software.
