About The Position
The position involves processing accounts receivable transactions, including payments by check, ACH, and online payments. The role requires handling sensitive information confidentially and providing support for both internal and external audits. Responsibilities include preparing cash receipts for processing, performing account reconciliations accurately and timely, preparing interest statements, and managing a high volume of incoming calls and emails from franchisees and their staff. The candidate must be able to solve problems responsibly and efficiently.
