Position Title: Accounts Receivable Reports to: AR Manager Location: Denver, CO @ SSA HQ; job is onsite with some opportunity for remote day(s), but must live in or within commute distance of Denver, CO Works Alongside: Accounting Team Are YOU the perfect addition to our team? We are looking for a detail-oriented accounting team member with strong organizational skills, that would like to make a long-term home in an established and well-respected organization. Job duties may consist of (but not limited to): •Receive payments and deposits •Review and record AR billings through Microsoft Dynamics GP •Code all billings to proper units and General Ledger accounts •Assist in collections and review of AR balances •Maintain correct documentation for billings, revisions, and payments. •Provide administrative support to Accounting & Finance department •Maintain strong relationships with catering personnel and General Managers. •Provide backup and front desk coverage if needed Requirements: •High school or equivalent •Intermediate knowledge of Office365, Word, Excel, and Outlook •One – two years of Accounts Receivable experience •Experience with Caterease software (Preferred) •Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, a plus Core Competencies: •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills •Proven experience with coordination of multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and working productively and efficiently under pressure. •Efficiency: Able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort. •Proactivity: Acts without being told what to do.
