The AR/Customer Contact Specialist ensures that all customer needs are promptly addressed by responding to customers’ requests, questions and concerns in a timely and accurate manner. Qualified candidates for this position must have the ability to readily build relationships over the phone and must be quality focused, and an effective team player. The A/R specialist should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask and be a strong communicator, both internally and externally, as he or she will frequently deal with peers, customers, and higher levels of management.
