About The Position
The Accounts Receivable Specialist processes invoices and payment applications for Corporate clients in a timely and accurate manner. They resolve all accounts receivable issues with customers, adhering to monthly collection goals.
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or other related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business or customer service
- Knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office

- Experience with WorkDay and Salesforce
Responsibilities
- Processes invoices and payment applications
- Processes credit card payments
- Responds to customer calls and e-mails in a prompt and courteous manner
- Resolves all accounts receivable issues with customers
- Investigates denied and short-paid transactions
- Adheres to monthly collection goals
- Negotiates past due balances
- Issues credit memos as needed and authorized
