About The Position

Join a dynamic team where you will be responsible for processing enterprise transactions efficiently and with high quality. You will tackle basic problem-solving to resolve discrepancies, missing information, and policy approvals, while collaborating with finance management and cross-functional analysts to address unprocessed or unique transactions. A significant part of your role will involve cash postings using a 10-key system.

Requirements

• Proficiency in accounts receivable and cash application.
• Experience with 10-key systems.
• Ability to perform payment maintenance and invoicing tasks.
• Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Management OR 1+ year of AR/Cash Application experience.
• Excel skills for basic formatting of banking reports.

Responsibilities

• Process enterprise transactions in a timely and quality manner.
• Resolve discrepancies, missing information, and policy approvals.
• Collaborate with finance management and cross-functional analysts.
• Perform cash postings using a 10-key system.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity with a target of 4% increase month to month.
• Format banking reports using Excel for basic tasks.
