Areas of Responsibility and Job Requirements: Processes of all collections and deposits. Move out of tenants in Yardi and communication with tenants and condo owners to resolve billing and payment issues. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Handles the posting of resident, condo owners, commercial, community room and non-tenant payments and deposit funds into the bank. Posts all Section 8 (HAP) check payments into the system and deposit funds into the bank. Post all Section 8 (HAP) payments via Wires. Processes tenants move out from the system and refund security deposit or apply security deposit to arrears and/or transfer security deposit funds to the operating account. Process tenant move ins and initial billing. Performs landlord verifications. Performs security deposit reconciliation and transfer security deposit payments from operating account to security deposit account. Responds to tenant billing inquiry and be able to return tenants and condo owner telephone calls daily. Processes laundry tenant move-in and laundry payment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years of comparable experience
  • Knowledge of Excel, MS work and general computer and office skills are required
  • Must have excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with Yardi or similar industry related software is preferred

Nice To Haves

  • LIHTC certification, preferred
  • TaCC certification, preferred
  • Ability to speak Spanish, preferred
