We are a vibrant, busy, and growing full-service law firm and looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to help our law firm with our daily functions. Successful Candidate: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable including billing, collections, and resolving customer billing issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies.

Requirements

3-5 years of Accounts Receivable experience
Proficiency in MS word, excel, and record keeping
Detail oriented, with accurate data entry skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

Law firm experience a plus

Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable portfolio of assigned accounts.
Process and post cash transactions and receipts.
Update daily cash tracking and reporting.
Manage course of action to validate, analyze, reconcile, and expedite the resolution of client deductions.
Attend internal team meetings to review risk accounts; resolve deductions and chargebacks.
Prepare various accounts receivable reports and analyses as needed.
Develop and maintain strong customer relations.
Experience navigating customer websites and portals needed.
