The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in accounts receivable or customer service roles, with strong analytical skills and a customer-centric approach. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as is a strong working knowledge of Excel. The position also requires conflict management skills and a results-driven mindset. Experience with PeopleSoft is preferred, along with a bachelor's degree, although the latter is not mandatory. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20 to $21, depending on experience.
