Requirements

• 2 years of experience in contract billing

• Experience with Textura
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills
• Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Adobe editor, Access, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to adjust and navigate through different workloads
• Ambition to learn more and take on other tasks
• Ability to achieve deadlines independently

Responsibilities

• Maintaining Job Files
• Tracking Change orders
• Preparing & submitting contract billings and lien waivers for multiple projects
• Processing customer payments
• Creating and submitting service invoices
• Data entry of project expenses
• Monitoring and managing the collection of outstanding accounts
• Preparing and distributing weekly/monthly reports on the status of accounts receivable
• Answering phones
• Requesting inspections
• Scheduling service calls
• Ordering rental equipment
• Assisting management with other miscellaneous office tasks
