  • Preparation and processing of the accounts receivable cycle.
  • Weekly collections of past due accounts receivable accounts.
  • Preparation of check deposits and processing of ACH payments.
  • Utilization of various billing portals from customers.
  • Collaboration with project managers to ensure timely invoicing.
  • Reviewing payroll, time reports, and other information to process payroll.
  • Compiling employee time and payroll data from timesheets and other records.
  • Verifying attendance, hours worked, pay adjustments, and posting information in payroll software.
  • Processing and issuing employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.
  • Associate Degree in Business Administration/Finance preferred.
  • Three plus years in a Payroll Office performing all payroll functions preferred.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, systems, and procedures.
  • Experience with Foundation accounting software preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.
  • Experience in accounts receivable process, reporting/tracking, invoicing, and filing invoices.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and audiences with diverse backgrounds and educational levels.
