About The Position

The Accounts Receivable Manager at RCCA is responsible for overseeing the operations of accounts receivable teams within a centralized business office. This role ensures timely and accurate reimbursement while facilitating effective communication with practice business offices. The manager will also assist in developing and implementing A/R policies, procedures, and training programs to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of seven years of medical business office experience, including at least two years in a management or supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the accurate and timely posting of all receivables to minimize accounts receivable and optimize reimbursement.
  • Act as a liaison between the Central Business Office, physicians, and practice sites to resolve accounts receivable issues and questions.
  • Work directly with service sites to improve the flow of information.
  • Review and analyze monthly A/R reports, data, and trends to enhance A/R functions and revenue capture.
  • Research and resolve A/R and posting problems and issues.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating company accounts receivable policies, procedures, and collection strategies.
  • Develop and implement training programs for corporate and practice employees to improve A/R and billing functions.
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to responsibilities and communicate regulatory standards to employees.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance and monitor productivity in A/R and collections functions.
  • Coordinate facilities and office management functions, including payroll submission.
  • Supervise teams involved in the collection and posting of Accounts Receivable.
