A day in the life: As the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Billbacks and Chargeback Department. Monitor entries posted to accounts receivable (AR) daily, monthly, quarterly, general ledger (GL) schedule review and preparation, and review of Billback and Chargeback Aging to identify issues. Set and monitor department goals, manage staff and act as first point-of-contact for cross-functional or leadership meetings and projects The impact you'll make: Management of the Billbacks & Chargeback staff (prioritizing work, setting deadlines, ensuring individual and department goals are met, developing and mentoring employees). Responsible for the reporting and review of aging related to Billbacks and Chargebacks to ensure timely resolution of collections and/or charge off according to departmental policies. This also includes escalation of these items to prevent invalid write offs Provide customer service to Bottlers, Account Managers and other internal teams. This also includes communicating and problem solving cross-functionally with other departments to prevent recurring issues for resolution of Billbacks and Chargebacks. Ensure timely update of department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), and review for accuracy. Evaluation of processes and implementation of changes for more efficiency. Who you are: Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Accounting or related field Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in Accounting or related role Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role Computer Skills Desired: Expert Excel, Outlook and Word Skills and SAP experience Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated annual salary rate of $83,250 to $111,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
