The Accounts Receivable Manager for North America is a key role responsible for strengthening the company’s cash position through effective credit, collections and dispute management practices. The individual in this role will provide strategic direction and operational oversight across the full accounts receivable cycle. Partnering closely with customer service, commercial teams, Business Unit Heads, customers, Finance Leadership Team, SDC counterparts, and external collection agencies will be essential to ensure alignment and drive consistent collection outcomes across the region. As the regional lead, this role will also play a central part in modernizing the collections landscape, including the implementation of a new collections management tool and the increased use of automation and AI to enhance efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities include overseeing the timely application of cash performed by the Order-to-Cash team in Delaware, managing the appropriate application of open customer credits with consent, and ensuring disputes are resolved within agreed service levels. Through strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and process discipline, this position plays a critical role in driving best-in-class collections performance and improving overall working capital performance.
