The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for various tasks related to customer and vendor receivables.

  • Post customer payments by recording checks, credit cards, or ACH transactions related to accounts receivable.
  • Create invoices according to company practices; submit invoices to customers.
  • Maintains and updates customer accounts, including name, address changes, or mailing attentions.
  • Help customers resolve billing issues.
  • Correspond with internal buyers and external customers.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in accounting or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Comfortable using a computer and related office equipment.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
