Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk The Don Wood Family of Dealerships is looking to hire a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk! In business for 35+ years in the Athens & Hocking county areas. Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to balance large volume accounts
• Detail oriented skills with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Fast learner that is open to change and able to handle demanding environment
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Strong communication and people skills – both written and verbal
• All applicants must have the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Previous dealership experience is not required, but preferred

Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable transactions and ensure timely and accurate recording
• Generate customer invoices and statements
• Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers as necessary
• Reconcile accounts receivable sub-ledger to general ledger on a regular basis
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the accounting system
• Enter Account Payables and process payments as instructed
