Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or general accounting
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes
  • Comfortable using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Generate, review, and distribute customer invoices accurately and on schedule
  • Apply incoming payments including checks, ACH, wire transfers, and credit cards
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due balances professionally
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate customer records within the accounting system
  • Assist with AR reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address billing and collection questions
  • Support audit requests and ensure compliance with internal controls
