Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or 2 years of similar work experience required
- Knowledge of accounts receivable sub-ledger systems, preferably OPERA and Sun Accounting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Accounting within the hospitality industry preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete all tasks pertaining to monthly billing, research discrepancies, maintain and reconcile membership accounts
- Perform daily review of guest ledger accounts, alerting management of potential credit risks and document deficiencies
- Process credit card charge backs and returned checksEnsure correct daily revenue is posted
