About The Position

Plaza Motors in St. Louis is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk who can add immediate value to our team. Automotive/dealership experience is highly desirable. Summary: As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will provide support in maintaining accounting records with data entry, book keeping and other general accounting functions.

Requirements

Two to four years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
General knowledge of basic accounting functions
Ability to balance and reconcile financial transactions
Proficient in all Microsoft programs; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematic skills

Responsibilities

Compiles and sorts documents such as invoices and checks
Maintains accounts receivable/reconciliations
Prepares and maintains vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records
