We are currently seeking a Sr. Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Finance team in Tucson, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and smooth financial operations that support our mission of transforming lives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3–5 years of accounts receivable or related financial operations experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Comfortable working independently while also contributing as a collaborative team member.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and confidence navigating financial systems.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors in Accounting or related field a plus but not required. We welcome an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to succeed in this role.
• Industry experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus; proficiency in Outlook is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing and reporting daily deposits, daily sales report, and credit card logs
• Interacts with guests and researches complaints
• Charge-backs
• Monthly owner/partner and guest billings
• Gift certificates
• Trade-outs
• Responsible for gathering data and assisting in the compilation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• At the Senior level, this position determines the best approach to tasks and procedures with a thorough knowledge of financial activities to support management.
• Reports to Assistant Controller.
