All Snax – As a wholesale snack broker, our experienced All Snax team fills a gap in the market, connecting Direct-to-Store-Distributors with brand partners/manufacturers to service independent convenience stores across the country with a wide variety of CPG products.  At Evolutionary Ventures, our people are the cornerstone of our success. The A/R Specialist will generate orders and bills, apply and reconcile payments, request data, A/R aging, and collections, and respond to our manufacturer’s needs. Qualified candidates will be organized, detail oriented, have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task, ability to work well in a close-knit team environment, an outgoing and friendly demeanor. This is a full-time position based out of the corporate office in Malta, NY.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent college-level coursework, or 2-3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required and demonstrated experience, training, and/or coursework in Accounting Software (QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and ability to summarize data for consumption by management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize within time constraints
  • Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools.
  • A track record of performance meeting targets and objectives.
  • Self-directed, goal-oriented, and flexible; enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Cash Application – reconcile brokerage commissions and payments against manufacturer accounts
  • Respond in a timely and professional manner to various inquiries from manufacturers and retailers
  • Generate and distribute monthly or quarterly bills to manufacturers based on complex commission calculations.
  • Ensure accurate manufacturer data is in the order processing system (MCS) and all internal trackers in accordance with contracts
  • Collaborate with orders processing team to ensure all data is entered appropriately in the order processing system (MCS)
  • Analyze monthly/quarterly reports from retailers and/or distributors to create accurate manufacturer bills and confirm compliance with contracts.
  • Maintaining and updating various process trackers
  • Review and follow-up with manufacturers on orders due for commission payment
  • Support and back up order processing team as needed
  • Assists with related special projects as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by manager
